服用方法
Take 1 serving with a mixed food meal priorto intense exercise, preferably with a multivitamin/multimineral, which mayaid in Vitamin D absorption. Optionally, take 1 serving with your preworkoutdrink to maximize exercise efficiency alongside testosterone elevation.
