服用方法
AminOD® usage: As research provides evidence for effectively taking a serving of AminOD pre, intra and 1-2 hours post workout, mix one serving in 8 oz. cold water in any of the above instances to maximize muscle protein synthesis. For an anytime flavor splash, mix one serving in your water and enjoy as needed.
