服用方法
On training days, mix 1 scoop (7 g) in 6 oz. of cold water. Drink 15-30 minutes prior to your workout.
IMPORTANT: Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24-hour period.

Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, coals, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitue fro sleep. Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Caffeine may cause anxiety, tachycardia (rapid heart rate), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache.
Do not use this product if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack).
