服用方法
Take each serving (1 capsule) 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast and lunch. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period. Avoid snacking and drink 10 glasses of water each day. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
