For regular sleep & repaid mix 1 level scoop with 6-8 ounces of water and take on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to sleep. For maximum sleep & repair mix 2 level scoops with 8-10 ounces of water and take on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to sleep. Do not exceed more than 2 scoops per dose. Allow for 6-8 hours of sleep after consuming. For best results use a maximum of 5 nights per week. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Contents packed by weight not volume.
