服用方法
DO NOT EXCEED 2 SERVINGS PER DAY. As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 tablets) of GHOST INFRARED® upon waking. New users, and those sensitive to stimulants, should start with 1/2 serving (1 tablet) to assess their tolerance. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional serving (2 tablets) may be taken in the afternoon. GHOST INFRARED® may be taken with or without food. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. This product should not be taken in combination with other products containing caffeine or other stimulants.
Other Ingredients: Tricalcium Phosphate, Microcrystaline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Natural Flavor (Cinnamon Powder), Magnesium Stearate, Red #40

Do not use this product continuously for more than 8 weeks. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Consuming this product within 6 hours of bedtime may cause difficulty sleeping. This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink plenty of water and/or performance beverage such as GHOST® AMINO to stay hydrated.
